Classification of Raw Materials for Surface Treatment Coatings
Based on their physical properties—specifically their affinity for water and oil—they can be broadly classified into the following three major categories.
Hydrophobicity
Hydrophilicity
Hydrophobic oleophobic
Advantages of Wet Surface Treatment
- WRAP EVENLY–Wet treatment kneads the parcel many times to evenly
- NON-POLLUTION–Each batch of purification and cleaning varieties is separated
- ODORLESS–Selected treatment agents with no solvent residue
Wet surface treatment process:
Take the AS process as an example.Base material: Synthetic mica; Surface treatment agent: Triethoxycaprylylsilane.
- Surface coating: The surface treatment agent forms a uniform and dense coating layer on the surface of the base material through adsorption and coupling

- Depolymerization: through low-speed dynamic depolymerization, the coated agglomeration particles can be dissociated and homogenized; Heating and baking remove the attachment of intermediate agents (small molecular hydroxides /H202, etc., as the treatment solvent) and purify.
- Impurity removal: remove large particles of impurities in the product and concentrate the particle size of the product
