Mechanism of Action of Clomiphene Citrate
Clomiphene Citrate promotes follicular development and ovulation by competitively blocking estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus and pituitary gland, thereby triggering a feedback-mediated increase in the secretion of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH).
