Brief Indruction of Thymalfasin
Thymalfasin is an immunomodulatory drug suitable for the treatment of immune dysfunction. Under normal circumstances, thymalfasin is a white or off-white powder, insoluble in ether and chloroform, and slightly soluble in water.

Main Supplier of Thymalfasin Raw Materials
Highassay is the main supplier of Thymalfasin raw materials in China, with large production capacity, reliable quality and stable supply. You are welcome to purchase.
Thymalfasin Injection Usage
The main ingredient of the injection is thymosin, and the excipient is mannitol. The finished product for injection is a white freeze-dried block powder. After injecting 1.0ml of water for injection, the solution should be clear, colorless, and free of insoluble particles.

Application of Thymalfasin
- Treating Chronic hepatitis B;
- As a vaccine immune response enhancer for immunocompromised patients;
- For patients with suppressed immune system function, including those receiving chronic hemodialysis and elderly patients, this product can enhance the patient’s immune response to viral vaccines, such as influenza vaccine or hepatitis B vaccine.
Thymosin vs Thymopentin
Both are immune-enhancing drugs. However, the principles and indications are different.
Thymosin is a polypeptide composed of 28 amino acids. It plays a role in enhancing immunity by stimulating the maturation of T cells in peripheral blood lymphocytes. It needs to be tough and is mainly used to treat chronic hepatitis B.
Thymopentin is a polypeptide composed of 5 amino acids. It can enhance cellular immune function by inducing and promoting the differentiation and maturation of T cells and their subpopulations. Compared with thymosin, thymopentin has a shorter half-life and requires frequent administration. In addition to treating chronic hepatitis B, it can also treat various T cell deficiency diseases and various autoimmune diseases.
